It’s my mums birthday today and I’m going to be doing a muscle body transformation and a 15k run within an hour and 45 mins.
Also up to my training I’ll be posting most days on my exercises.
I Will be training 5 days a week as I will be pushing myself most days of the week! My mum means the world to me as she is not just my mum but also my best friend, my motivation, my inspiration, my world and my everything.
I hope I can inspire people the way my mum inspires me.
