You might already have a tried and true family recipe, or a favourite for the tins - but if you are stuck for ideas here are some simple recipes that our testers loved.
- No bake Lolly Cake
- No bake Peanut butter and chocolate fudge
- The favourite Ginger Crunch
- The best One Bowl Chocolate Brownie (co-incidentally gluten free)
- Simple Shortbread (optional extra: add 2 tsp of cardamon or cinnamon to flour; and (shaping version 2) after chilling, roll log in sugar before cutting with a very sharp knife)
