We are running and walking the Dunedin Half Marathon on the 1st of September to raise money for research on Jane’s cancer. Jane was diagnosed with low-grade serous ovarian cancer at the start of 2017 just as she was driving from Wellington to Dunedin to start working at SCG Optometrists. For two years she worked for us while recovering from two major cancer surgeries and a broken leg. Unfortunately her cancer, with current medical treatments is likely incurable. At the age of 34 she sadly retired to concentrate on raising money for her rare cancer, hopefully in time to make a difference for her, and to spend more time enjoying life while she remains in reasonable health.

Fran, Kobi, Janet are walking the half marathon, and Steve and Jocelyn are running the half marathon.

Please help us make a difference to young women like Jane. They really need your help.

Aside from a small credit card fee (if applicable) 100% of your donation will go to life-saving research.
