Volunteer With Us
We are looking for two incredible people to join our trustee board.
Ovarian cancer is under researched and over deadly. It kills more women every year than the road toll and receives a fraction of the funding.
Cure Our Ovarian Cancer is committed to helping those affected by ovarian cancer have more time to live the lives they love.
We are the New Zealand ovarian cancer charity – funding education, and advocacy to improve survival for everyone affected.
Globally we’ve taken the lead on a type of ovarian cancer that’s killing young women – raising over $400K in 3 years for research in the UK, Canada, US, Australia and NZ to improve treatments.
We are a small fledgling volunteer, founder run organisation that punches well above our weight.
From the doctor’s office to the research lab, from to the steps of parliament to attention grabbing advertising campaigns (pro bono) in New Zealand, New York Times Square and Piccadilly Circus – we are just getting started.
Central to our mission are the people affected and their loved ones, the medical profession and researchers and our partner charities. We apply an evidence-based, purpose driven lens to all of our activities.
