A gift in your will is a lasting way to help the next generation of women with low-grade serous. While immediate donations help women already diagnosed.

Legacy giving is as easy as asking your solicitor to add a codicil, which is a short statement that can be added to your existing Will at any time. Ask your solicitor about the exact legal requirements - it usually involves signing a statement in front of two independent witnesses.

Example of a codicil: “I give and bequeath to Cure Our Ovarian Cancer (Low Grade Serous) Charitable Trust (NZ CC55925) [list here the percentage of estate, residue of estate or specific amount of money or items], free of all death and estate duties and I declare that the official receipt of Cure Our Ovarian Cancer (Low Grade Serous) Charitable Trust shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.”

If you would prefer to donate to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center you can learn how here.. Be sure to specify that your gift is to be used for low grade serous ovarian cancer research.

No amount is too small, every dollar can make a difference. You can be confident both Cure Our Ovarian Cancer and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center would use your gift wisely to help benefit women affected by low-grade serous ovarian cancer.
